Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System
How to use it
To use it, simply dial the toll free number that comes with your sales confirmation email. If your calling phone number is the number associated with your account you will be automatically logged into the voice system. Otherwise you will have to say (site recognizes speech) or type in your account phone number and PIN. The PIN is a 4 digit security code you can change at any time.
Available commands
You can access the online voice system to obtain the following information:
- Current location of vehicle
- Current day's last movement of vehicle
- First location of the day
- Previous day's last location
- Previous day's first location
The voice service is very useful for monitoring your vehicle when you are not near a computer but still need to know where your vehicle is. All of the locates you perform through the voice service will also show up on your browser so you will be always be able to see your location history on your computer. 1 Year Limited Warranty
If your Vehiclepath tracker has been diagnosed as defective over the phone by a technical support team member, you may choose to have Vehiclepath ship a new one to you immediately. If Vehiclepath ships you a replacement by the next business day, Vehiclepath may charge you via credit card that Vehiclepath accepts or chooses, for the full retail cost of the replacement tracker. When you return your defective tracker to Vehiclepath, within 30 days after you requested a replacement, Vehiclepath will credit back the advance charge to your credit card. If you do not want to incur the advance charge of our replacement tracker, Vehiclepath will send you a replacement tracker within 10 days after Vehiclepath receives your defective tracker. This limited warranty is good for 1 year. Discontinuance of service for 90 or more days without renewing service will void this 1 year limited warranty.
